About Snooker Malaysia

Snooker Malaysia is an independent review and directory site built for snooker and pool players across Malaysia. Whether you are a seasoned competitive player or someone just getting into the sport, our aim is to help you find the right place to play, practise, and purchase equipment no matter which state you call home.

Our Mission

Malaysia has a thriving cue sports community spread across all 13 states and three federal territories. Despite this, finding reliable, up-to-date information about snooker halls and equipment retailers can be surprisingly difficult. Many shops operate with little online presence, and reviews on major platforms are often sparse or outdated. Snooker Malaysia exists to fill that gap.

We aim to be the most comprehensive and trustworthy resource for snooker-related businesses in the country. Every listing in our directory is researched using publicly available information, including business registrations, Google Maps data, social media pages, customer reviews, and where possible, direct verification with the businesses themselves.

What We Cover

Our directory spans all 16 states and federal territories of Malaysia, from the busy urban centres of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to smaller towns in Perlis, Sabah, and Sarawak. We cover three main categories of businesses:

• Snooker and pool halls -- venues where you can play by the hour, join leagues, or simply enjoy a casual frame with friends.
• Equipment retailers -- shops selling cues, tables, cloth, balls, accessories, and other gear both in-store and online.
• Combined venues -- businesses that operate both a playing hall and a retail section under one roof.

In addition to individual shop reviews, we publish buying guides and informational articles tailored to the Malaysian market, covering topics like table prices, cue selection, room size requirements, and the differences between snooker and pool.

Snooker Malaysia does not sell equipment, operate any snooker hall, or accept payment in exchange for reviews or listings. We are not affiliated with any shop, brand, or governing body. Our reviews reflect honest assessments based on publicly available information and are written following our editorial policy.
