Immortal Cue Station Review - Snooker Cue Shop in Kota Damansara, Selangor

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Immortal Cue Station is the headquarters of what has become Malaysia's largest cue sports retail network, with 21 branches spread across the country. Located at 25-2, Jalan Sepah Puteri 5/1B in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, this Selangor-based cue shop has been making waves since its founding in October 2022 with an aggressive expansion strategy and entry-level cues starting from just RM88 -- the cheapest new cue you will find from any dedicated retailer in Malaysia.

The Immortal Cue Station Story

Founded in October 2022, Immortal Cue Station has grown at an extraordinary pace. In less than four years, the company expanded from a single outlet to 21 branches across Malaysia, earning an entry in the Malaysia Book of Records in April 2026 as the largest cue sports retail network in the country. That is an achievement worth recognising, though the speed of expansion is also something to consider carefully as a buyer.

The company serves as the sole distributor of Life Cues in Malaysia. Alongside Life Cues, they stock a broad range of brands including PNS, Xingpai, Peradon, O'Min, Asia Cues, Aramith, Carter, Eagle, CC Tips, Neumann, Maestato, and Maximus. Cue Range and Pricing at Immortal Cue Station

The headline number is RM88 -- that is the entry price for a brand-new cue. For a complete beginner who just wants something better than a house cue to practise with, this is hard to beat. No other dedicated cue retailer in Malaysia offers a new cue at this price point. To understand what you are actually getting at each price tier, our guide on choosing a snooker cue explains the differences in wood, tips, and joints.

However, a word of caution: at RM88, you should not expect premium materials or craftsmanship. These budget cues serve their purpose for beginners and casual players, but serious players looking for a cue to last years will want to look at the mid-range and above. The company does carry premium handmade options for players ready to invest more. They also offer a trade-in programme and lifetime warranty, which adds value if you plan to upgrade later.

Services Beyond Cue Sales

Immortal Cue Station is not just a cue retailer. The company offers a range of services that make it useful for both individual players and hall operators:

• Cue repairs - Tip replacement, ferrule work, shaft refinishing
• Table relocation - Moving and reinstalling snooker and pool tables
• Cloth recovering - Table cloth replacement service
• Venue consultancy - Advice for businesses setting up new snooker halls
• Event planning - Support for organising snooker tournaments and events

With 21 branches, the repair service is particularly convenient. Wherever you are in Malaysia, there is likely a branch nearby that can handle basic cue maintenance. Compare this to Cue Station in Berjaya Times Square, which operates from a single KL location.

What to Watch Out For

There are a few things to keep in mind. Immortal Cue Station is a very young company, founded in 2022. While the rapid growth is impressive, it also raises natural questions about consistency across branches and long-term stability. A 21-branch retail network built in under four years is ambitious, and sustaining that kind of expansion requires significant capital and management depth.

The RM88 entry cues, while accessible, may not satisfy players who have tried higher-quality sticks. If you are buying your first cue and plan to play regularly, consider spending a bit more for better wood and a more consistent hit. The trade-in programme helps mitigate this -- start cheap, then upgrade when you know what you want.

The 100% Facebook recommendation rate from 106 reviews is encouraging, but Facebook reviews tend to skew positive. Take it as a good sign, not a guarantee.

Who Should Visit Immortal Cue Station

Budget beginners will find the most value here. The RM88 cues remove the financial barrier to owning your first stick, and the staff can guide you through the options. Players needing cue repairs anywhere in Malaysia benefit from the extensive branch network. Hall operators looking for consultancy, table services, or bulk equipment should also consider Immortal Cue Station as a one-stop resource.

Experienced players hunting for a specific premium brand may want to compare stock with other retailers first. The range is broad but not as deep as specialists like Cue Station for certain high-end brands.
