Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia Review - Online Retailer in Bangsar, KL

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia is an online-focused snooker and pool equipment retailer based on Jalan Bangsar Utama 3 in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Unlike the brick-and-mortar showrooms that dominate the KL snooker retail scene, this business operates primarily through online channels, making it accessible to buyers across the country. Its most notable speciality is refurbished snooker tables, a niche that few other Malaysian retailers serve directly.

The Refurbished Table Market

Buying a brand-new full-size snooker table in Malaysia typically costs between RM10,000 and RM25,000 depending on the brand and specifications, as outlined in our snooker table buying guide. For home buyers, clubs on a budget, or anyone setting up a recreational space without spending five figures, refurbished tables offer a practical alternative. A well-refurbished table with new cloth, re-levelled slate, and restored cushions can play close to new at a fraction of the cost.

Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia positions itself in this market, offering refurbished tables alongside other equipment. The quality of a refurbished table depends heavily on the skill and care of the refurbishment process, so buyers should always ask detailed questions about what work has been done: whether the slate has been re-ground, the cushions replaced, the frame inspected for damage, and what cloth has been fitted. Our table maintenance guide covers what to look for when assessing table condition in Malaysia's humid climate.

Online-First Retail Model

Operating primarily online has advantages and limitations. On the plus side, it means Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia can potentially serve buyers anywhere in West Malaysia, not just those within driving distance of a physical showroom. For buyers in states without dedicated snooker retailers, this kind of service fills a real gap. Pricing may also be more competitive, as online retailers carry lower overheads than shopfront businesses in premium locations.

The downside is that buying a snooker table without physically inspecting it requires a degree of trust. Tables are heavy, expensive to ship, and difficult to return if they do not meet expectations. We recommend that prospective buyers ask for detailed photographs of any refurbished table, confirm the brand and slate thickness, and clarify delivery, installation, and warranty terms before committing. Calling +60 19-314 7147 to discuss specifics is a sensible first step.

Bangsar Location

While the business is online-focused, it does operate from a physical address on Jalan Bangsar Utama 3 in Bangsar, one of KL's established residential and commercial neighbourhoods. Whether this address functions as a viewable showroom or primarily as a storage and operations base is not entirely clear from publicly available information. If you are in the area and want to inspect equipment in person, we recommend calling ahead to arrange a visit rather than simply turning up.

Bangsar is well connected by public transport via the Bangsar LRT station and has ample food and shopping options nearby. If you are visiting from out of town, the area is easy to reach from most parts of KL and the Klang Valley.

Product Range Beyond Tables

In addition to refurbished tables, the business deals in general snooker and pool equipment. The exact product range has not been fully documented, but retailers of this type typically handle cues, balls, cloth, accessories, and table-related services. For cue-specific shopping, dedicated retailers like Cue Station or Cue Zone in Cheras may offer a wider in-person selection. However, for table-related purchases, particularly refurbished units, Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia fills a niche that is underserved in the KL market.

Who Should Consider This Retailer

Snooker & Pool Equipment Malaysia makes the most sense for buyers who are specifically in the market for a refurbished table or who prefer to shop for equipment online with delivery. Home buyers setting up a game room on a budget, small halls looking for affordable table stock, and out-of-KL buyers who lack local retailers are the most likely beneficiaries. If you need to see and touch equipment before buying, a traditional showroom like PPS at The Summit USJ or Comet (CM1) may be more suitable.

As with any online purchase, do your due diligence. Ask for references, confirm what is included in the price (delivery, installation, levelling), and understand the return or warranty policy. For more guidance, our table size and room requirements guide will help you confirm that your space can actually accommodate the table you are considering.
